This course is designed for Quality Assurance professionals who want to learn the
foundational concepts of software quality and the processes used to achieve high-quality
software.

There is a lot more to software quality than testing! In this course, Quality Assurance is
defined as (1) A planned and systematic pattern of all actions necessary to provide
adequate confidence that an item or product conforms to established technical requirements
and (2) A set of activities designed to evaluate the process by which products are developed
or manufactured.

By attending this course, you will be able to understand both the theory and practical
application of software quality practices. The course concludes with developing your own
action plan for quality.
